How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation either on this website or on one of our hotel websites.
How do I cancel reservation?
If you book a free cancellation rate, you can cancel your reservation 24 hours before 1pm GMT without any charge. You can do so by contacting the hotel directly on contact details below or online (please click on the link ‘Manage bookings’ in the booking confirmation and follow the instructions).

What time is check-in?
Check-in starts from 2pm.
You are very welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel before this time and come back to Check-in at 2pm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 11am.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am from Monday to Saturday.On Sundays/Bank Holidays, it is served from 8am until 11am.
What type of breakfast do you serve?
All our hotels serve Continental Buffet Breakfast.
What types of credit cards you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Is there a car park in all of your hotels?
The Car park is available on-site at The Kensington Court Hotel in Earl's Court, London but it's managed by 3rd party provider called 'Your Parking Space', for more info click here.

We operate a buffet style Continental breakfast. If you have an allergic reaction or intolerance to certain foods, such as nuts, gluten or dairy-based products and therefore have specific dietary requirements, please notify us in advance.
